Have you ever tried a chocolate, peanut butter and banana milkshake? They are amazing and are totally nostalgic for me. When I was a kid, my stepdad use to make these milkshakes on the rare occasion we were allowed dessert after dinner. Nani was a bit of a health nut! (get it?, haha!) Now, when I'm craving one of these shakes, but don't want to consume 3000 calories (which might be a slight exaggeration, but not by much), I make it with almond milk, ice, coco powder, frozen banana and a handful of granola. Trust me, you won't miss the peanut butter and the granola gives it the perfect amount of sweetness. It really is just as good as what I remember having as a child and my pants still fit when I'm finished. Hallelujah!!
